On Wed., February 5, the tribute band to Sublime, Badfish, will take the stage at St. Andrew’s Hall. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and tickets ($15-30) are available here.
For the past 19 years, Pat Downes, Scott Begin, and Joel Hanks – collectively known as Badfish – have brought the music and message of Sublime to their spirited fans. In paying tribute to one of the most galvanizing musical acts in history, Badfish tries to revive the Sublime experience by keeping faithful to their down-to-earth, punk rock attitude. With wigs and gimmicks, Badfish brings together their eclectic listeners and conjures the thrill and power of the music of Sublime, pushing the envelope of performance to create a concert experience that surges with energy and originality.
