Indoor dining at restaurants and bars in Michigan can resume on Feb. 1, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer announced on Friday morning.
- Restaurants can operate at 25-percent capacity, with a curfew of 10 p.m.
- Concessions can resume at casinos, movie theaters and bowling alleys.
- The new order will last three weeks once it takes effect.
