Over 400,000 people are expected to attend the 23rd Annual Soaring Eagle Arts, Beats & Eats in Downtown Royal Oak over Labor Day weekend.
The festival features more than 200 performances on nine stages, an arts show and over 40 local restaurants. This year’s music lineup includes Stone Temple Pilots, Neon Trees, The Guess Who, Gin Blossoms, Starship, Justin Moore and Bobby Brown.
When: Sept. 3-6
Where: Downtown Royal Oak. A free shuttle will be available from Royal Oak High School.
Admission: $5 to enter until 3 p.m., after 3 p.m. the price is $10.
