Over 400,000 people are expected to attend the 27th Annual Soaring Eagle Arts, Beats & Eats in Downtown Royal Oak over Labor Day weekend.
The 2023 Arts, Beats and Eats took place over Labor Day Weekend and saw over 350,000 people through the gates.
The anticipation is over. Organizers of the Soaring Eagle Arts, Beats & Eats presented by Flagstar Bank today announced the official return of the festival to Royal Oak, Michigan, Sept. 3 through Sept. 6.
