Marche Du Nain Rouge


Every March around the Equinox, thousands of revelers gather for a parade through Midtown Detroit to celebrate their city. The 10th Annual Marche du Nain Rouge takes place on Sunday, March 24 at 12 p.m.

​All are invited to join the parade made up of the citizens of Detroit representing all corners of the city. Come masked or fully costumed, spectacular floats, roll out marching bands and krewes (a group that joins together to throw a ball or parade).

The event kicks off at 12 p.m. at the corner of Canfield and Second, next to Traffic Jam & Snug, for a celebration of Detroit with live entertainment. The parade to the Masonic Temple starts at 1 p.m.
