HopCat Royal Oak is hosting a beer dinner featuring local Griffin Claw Brewing Company on Tues., March 26 at 6 p.m. The expertly paired tasting event will feature 5 beers across 4 courses that are off-menu dishes.

The menu pairing is:
- Welcome Beer: El Ligero (Mexican Lager w/ Lime)
- 1st Course: Norms Raggedy Ass IPA (American IPA) with Spicy Deviled Eggs
- 2nd Course: Bonnies Raggedy Ass IPA (American Double IPA) with Braised Pork Shoulder with Pickled Veg and Jasmine Rice
- 3rd Course: Downtown Bourbon Brown (Bourbon BA American Brown Ale) paired with Bacon Scallops Served with Fried Brussel Sprouts and Balsamic Glaze
- 4th Course: You Figure It Out (Imperial Sweet Stout w/ Coconut & Vanilla) with Pina Colada Pudding
