Blake’s Debuts New Cider at Cadillac Lodge in Detroit

On Thursday, Dec. 5, Blake’s Hard Cider launches a new Kinder Series cider at Cadillac Lodge in Detroit. From 6-9 p.m., guests can be among the first to try the season’s newest cider and check out the holiday markets at Cadillac Square.

The newest addition to the Kinder series is a Bourbon barrel-aged, cherry hard cider named Saint Chéri. With a devotion to kindness, the cider is made in support of The Empowerment Plan, a Detroit non-profit helping break the cycle of homelessness through employment. Representatives from the organization will be on-site collecting hats and gloves at the Lodge. Get $1 off on Blake’s Hard Ciders for each item donated.

The other ciders in the series include the Rainbow Seeker, a pineapple sage cider whose purpose is to raise awareness and funds for the LGBTQ community, and Fido, a raspberry and grapefruit flavored cider created in partnership with Pets for Patriots, a non-profit organization that pairs veterans and shelter animals.
