The Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village Reopens on July 2


The Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village will be reopening as of Thurs., July 2 in a phased approach and with updated safety measures in keeping with CDC recommendations.

The reopening begins with a members-only preview weekend (for current and new members) July 2-5 and will open to non-member guests on Thurs., July 9. The weekend of July 16-19 will see the premiere of Marvel Universe of Super Heroes, which will run through January 2021.

During the reopening, and for the foreseeable future, the Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation and Greenfield Village will only be open and operational Thursdays through Sundays from 9:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., and with a limited daily visitation – appointments are required in advance.

Members can reserve their free, timed entry tickets online beginning June 22. Non-members can purchase tickets beginning on Wed., July 8. Tickets can be purchased onsite, pending availability.

To ensure a safe environment for guests and staff, hands-on activities will be limited, social distancing guidelines of six feet will be implemented, and face masks are required to enter all buildings.
